Delete your Puff Counter account and data

Puff Counter, made by developer Rıdvan Uyan, does not need an email account: you can use it as a guest, or link a Google or Apple sign-in. Whichever you used, you can delete your account and its data at any time.
Delete inside the app
Open Puff Counter on your iPhone or Android phone, then:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete My Data".
- Confirm in the dialog.
This deletes your leaderboard profile and your sign-in account from our servers, and clears your puff history, goals, streaks and settings from the device. You are then signed out.
Ask us by email (without the app)
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Puff Counter account". We will delete the account and data within 30 days and reply when it is done. To find your account:
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, write from the email address linked to that account.
- If you only used guest mode, say so and include your device model and roughly when you installed Puff Counter. We may ask for more details to find the account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
- Your leaderboard profile in Cloud Firestore: display name, avatar or photo, points and country code.
- Everything stored on your device: puff history, goals, streaks, challenges and settings.
- Analytics and diagnostics records linked to your account ID (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Sentry), where the provider supports deletion.
- Your RevenueCat customer record, except the purchase records below.
What may be kept
- Purchase and invoice records held by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Fully anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store (iPhone) or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions (Android).
