Support
One person builds and answers Puff Counter. Write to [email protected] and the reply comes from the developer.
Before you write
Including these details gets your problem fixed in one round instead of three:
- Your device and its iOS or Android version (Settings → General → About on iPhone; Settings → About phone on Android).
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile tab.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Subscriptions and refunds
Puff Counter Premium is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone, manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, manage or cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If you bought Premium and the app still shows it as locked, open the Profile tab and tap Restore purchases first — that fixes almost every case.
Your data
Your puff history, goals and streaks live on your phone. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on the Delete your account page. To ask what is stored about your account, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and who processes it.
Something else
One note about health
Puff Counter is a habit tracker, not medical care. If you are using nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medication to quit, follow your clinician's plan — the app's taper is there to support it, not to replace it.
